Builds and maintains close relationship with all department’s internal/external clients with a professional behavior;
Processed fast and correctly the orders received from Zapp Agents;
Answered promptly to demanding phone calls from internal/external customers.
- High school degree;
- Previous experience in Logistics & Inventory would be an asset;
- Very good analytical and problem solving abilities;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Good command of MS Office;
- Good command of English.
