Responsibilities:
• Managing and assisting the development of order inquiries with the purpose of increasing customer retention;
• Submitting order requests via various online sellers;
• Ensuring the follow up and input from the finance team;
• Reviewing pending orders in order to make sure they are on the schedule;
• Updating pending orders in company databases;
• Participating in specific market forecast / analysis studies;
• Making data analysis and monthly reporting on key business indicators;
• Sending appropriate form letters and tax exemption certificates to customers;
• Preparing special reports by gathering and summarizing data.
