-reconcilierea comenzilor a documentelor de livrare si a facturilor emise de catre companie cu documentele de export transmise de catre clientii companiei in scopul documentarii corecte pentru Decontul de TVA ;
-tine legatura cu responsabilul de cont in vederea comunicarii statusului catre fiecare client in parte pentru completarea documentelor lipsa;
-luceaza cu facturi de export si documente de vama transmise de clienti, cu contracte, comenzi si facturi interne.
-persoana responsabila;
-tineri studenti/ vb de limba engleza (preferabil studenti A.S.E.)
-notiuni de contabilitate primara
-abilitatea de a citi documente vamale & facturi in limba Engleza
