CERINTE

- Maintenance of the central stock of physical debit instruments;
- Electronic registers (Cheque/ Promissory Notes Register, Stock and Crossed Cheque Book);
- Permanently monitoring the stock of documents and announce facility management to send a new order form to the printing house, when the stock is under the minimum value;
- Receiving notifications from CSRV FO / branches related to DIs’ issuance for the customers;
- Customizing the physical documents (DIs) with customers information – printing data on blank documents, using a software application – for all WB branches;
- Verification of the printed documents, concerning to data accuracy, suitability of the fields in the dedicated/ delimitated spaces (preciseness), and cancelled the invalid/ destroyed documents;
- Cover other specific back-office tasks.
