Responsible for ensuring professional services to company clients by handling all customers related operational transactions.
-Handle the customer (and/or customer’s representatives) in a professional and pleasant manner by offering them high standard services;
-Make sure that all the instructions received from the customers are correctly completed and are approved and signed by the authorised staff. Forward the above mentioned instructions to the according departments within the bank;
-Responsible for the correctness, completeness and timeliness of the customer related data;
-Take care that the customer documentation is properly filed;
-Responsible to ensure that the customer is well informed about the terms and conditions of the rendered services;
-Take care that the customer receives the information regarding the account balances, fees and other conditions of the various bank services;
-Cover other accountabilities and specific tasks delegated by the superior;
-Economic background (University degree);
-Prior banking experience would be an asset;
-Strong communication skills (both spoken and written communication, active listening), fluency in English, customer oriented, problem solving attitude, attention to details;
-Innovative, open personality, sociability, ambition and energy, initiative, discipline, adaptability.
