- Manage key project of implementation of key operations technology and systems;
- Liaison with key business counterparts (internal and international) to obtain their support and necessary resources;
- Master and train project management and process improvement techniques;
- In future lead a team of project managers;
- Master GE project and process management techniques (6-sigma, LEAN);
- Initiate and lead PABX and autodialler implementation projects; follow through the project, manage user acceptance testing and roll-out;
- Propose a process and project management awareness and training program;
- Prepare a function-wide technology support plan and start execution.
- Strong project management background and basic knowledge of statistical methods for process assessment;
- Knowledge of IT systems and technology for operations/call center support;
- Knowledge of common project management and statistical software;
- Ability to lead and motivate people;
- Excited for stretch assignments and able to cope with stress.
