Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations:
1. Responsible for overseeing all business performance of all outlets.
2. Maintain, develop and improve restaurants image in terms of customer service, quality of food and beverage and dining atmosphere.
3. Implement all the sections of the Operations Manual.
4. Determine items and services that should be sold and set the prices accordingly.
5. Recommend locations for new outlets and direct remodeling of current outlets.
6. Conduct regular meetings with the operations team.
7. Responsible for quality management and its compliance with ISO 9001:2000
8. Responsible for food safety management.
9. Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service.
10. Ensure an excellent customer service in all outlets.
11. Respond to complaints and takes any appropriate actions to solve the operational problems.
12. Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
13. Provide direction for all employees regarding operational and procedural issues according to the Operations Manual.
14. Prepare reports and other performance analysis.
Marketing:
1- Assist and implement marketing promotional campaigns.
2- Assist the marketing manager in menu engineering.
Human Resources:
1- Prepare with the HR Manager the training system and motivate staff to achieve sales target and employee satisfaction.
2- Implement policies, goals and procedures according to the company’s rules and policies.
3- Determine staffing requirements, interviews when needed hire and oversee the personnel processes.
4- Control the payroll and the employee’s benefits and bonuses.
5- Develop the employees by providing ongoing trainings, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance review.
Finance:
1. Check actual P&L figures and compare them to last year budget.
2. Make sure that all outlet’s expenses are within the budget.
