- Client interaction and coordination
- Ensure targets are met by the team members.
- Focus on process improvement, development needs of the CRM tools, lead resolution of technical problems.
- Communicate on a regular basis with Global Operation Managers, as well as with the process owner (communication both in oral and written form).
- Prepare weekly dashboards and regular work reports.
- Participate in the recruitment process of new team members
- Train new team members/ team leaders/operations managers
- Resources planning to meet team goals and objectives.
- Identify training, coaching, mentoring and buddy opportunities.
- Share best practices across teams.
- Participate in projects in order to ensure smooth introduction of changes and satisfactory resolution of problems.
- Sound IT knowledge,
- Leadership experience,
- Good communication skills
- Data Analytics and Presentation Skills.
- BPO background preferred (Customer Care/ IT Support)
- Energizing - able to transmit enthusiasm to team and stakeholders,
