For our location in Bucharest we are searching for an Operation Manager for our project in customer support. As a Manager you will be responsible for the operational results of your teams. Do you like coaching people and develop a team? Than this is the right position for you.

Your task as an Operational Manager:

Daily coaching of your team of TL's, customer support, trainers, motivating the team and improve the KPI performance. During the month you will be responsible to achieve your targets on all KPI’s (operational and financial). When you see a decline in the results you will come up with a plan to improve and work together with your team on the improvement.

o KPI management
o Quality of the work performed by the team of Team leaders, customer support, trainers
o Guard the operational results
o Coordinate and implement changes in the structure or way of work when the client changes something in the way they work
o Knowledge about the contact center business

CERINTE

o Great knowledge of German language (written and spoken, minimum B2)
o Good knowledge of English
o Experience in leading a team

o Experience in the Contact Center environment
o Customer orientation
o Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time based on business needs
o Excellent administration skills and good organization skills with attention to detail
