We are looking for a passionate and experienced Operations Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating the recovery activity (portfolios in insolvency);
Analyzing every case and establishing the best solutions for the collection procedure to maximize the results and achieve the objectives;
Understand the goals of the organization and develop a clear vision of exactly how operations will help achieve them;
Play a significant role in long-term planning;
Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls;
Make effective decisions that will not only help the company run smoothly but that also serve to prevent difficult situations in the future;
5 years’ experience in legal ( judicial enforcements and debt recovery);
Fluency in English is a must;
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives;
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style;
Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization;
Ability to look at situations from several points of view;
