- Reviewing and identification of the operational risk involved in the activities performed accros the bank;
- Maintaining the operational risk data collection system;
- Ensuring assistance to staff involved in reporting operational risks;
- Preparing operational risk reports;
- Identification and maintenance of the operational risk management tools(Key Risk Indicators, Risk self assessment questionnaire);
- Operational risk modelling.
- University degree(economics or mathematics);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking environment (preferably in Operations/Audit);
- Strong oral/written English communication skills;
- Analytical and critical mind;
- Capacity to provide sound judgement;
- Computer skills.
