RESPONSABILITATI

The Operational Lead (Front Office) is responsible for the managing the assigned account for operational related matters ? area is Online Marketing Activities.

Your primary responsibilities will be:
-Servicing the assigned business area (support end-to-end project & change management, issue management, central point of contact for customer inquiries, identify opportunities for service offerings, etc) (60%)
-Communicate and liaise with agencies, clients and Business Managers to ensure timely and accurate campaign launch, delivery and invoicing (10%)
-Finance (cost improvement initiatives, managing agreements & billing) (15%)
-Documentation and Reporting (15%)


CERINTE

-English : be able to communicate and negotiate with international stakeholders (verbal & written) ? other languages will be considered a great advantage
-Post graduate education in project management and/or business management will be considered a great advantage
-Advanced computer skills within a variety of software disciplines (e.g. MS Office) & thorough knowledge of the internet and web trends

Additional requirements, however not considered mandatory skills
-Basic experience in HTML
- other programming skills are welcome
-Knowledge in usage of: Dream Weaver, Photoshop & Flash
