Client interaction and coordination
Communicate on a regular basis with Global operation
Participate in the recruitment process of new team members
Train new team members
Resources planning to meet team goals and objectives.
Identify training
Share best practices across teams.
Participate in projects in order to ensure smooth introduction of changes and satisfactory resolution of problems.
