You will use your German language skills and advance your career while working with passionate colleagues to deliver high-quality services for our clients in one of the following areas:
• Customer Service — provide application support (SAP) for one of the largest car manufacturers in the world • Human Resources — provide HR services and working with a team of HR professionals in both Accenture and one of the most famous, fast-moving consumer goods companies • Finance and Accounting — deliver accounting services for an oil and gas multinational
Previous work experience in any of the mentioned areas is not necessary as you will attend various training programs and work with a team of specialists who are ready to share their knowledge and experience with you.
However, you will need to meet the following requirements:
• University degree, completed or in progress • Ability to speak, read and write German - minimum B2 • Fluency in English and • Familiarity with MS Office suite • Capacity to work on a full time schedule • Proficiency as a positive, genuine problem solver and excellent communicator • Enthusiasm to develop your skills and deliver business results in a performance-driven environment
Your language skills, personality traits and your motivation combined with Accenture's business needs will be the main drivers in choosing the right line of business service (customer service, HR or finance).
