You will need to work as an individual in a team of dedicated and experienced people, where the personal and professional skills are equal important
Preparing design specifications;
Coding;
Full development cycle.
Consult with business analysts to identify and validate software requirements.
Assist integrated software testing, configure software environment, and deploy of software application.
Provide 3rd level support to software applications, diagnose, and resolve production issues rapidly.
Follow test driven development practice, writing test plans and automated test cases.
Adhere to coding policies, standards and best practices.
Help with the performance tests to make sure the delivered application can be scalable to meet business strategy.
Experienced as a developer (Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree).
Strong design skills, especially in object oriented design.
Coding experience in an object oriented language (C++, Java or similar);
Knowledge of Progress OpenEdge SDK would be an advantage;
Good written and oral communication skills in English;
Familiarity with UML.
Knowledge of .NET Web Services and XML is advantageous
Development for 3 tier architecture environments
Knowledge of SQL Database utilization and tuning
ERP system knowledge - especially knowledge of production, project or HRM.
Payroll system knowledge
