RESPONSABILITATI

As an Online Media Specialist, within the Online 3usiness unit of Avira, you will be responsible for user acquisition and advertising initiatives especially on the mobile platform. From the day one you will have the opportunity to influence the strategic direction through key initiatives in SEM, Display Advertising and Performance marketing through Programmatic media buying. You will be one of the key drivers and contributor for Avira advertising initiatives and international growth strategies.
Your responsibilities
• Establish and manage media partnerships for user acquisition on mobile platform (Android and i0S).
• Manage SEM campaigns on different platforms such as Google, Bing. Facebook, Yandex etc.
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROE in paid search campaigns at a global level.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization with the help of bidding management tools such as Mann or Kenshoo.
• Keep up to date with best practices in mobile user acquisition, paid search, bid management systems, search trends and industry research.
• Achieve targeted ROE and Ad Spend for advertising initiatives.
• Media budget planning and execution.
• KPI definition, measurement and reporting.


CERINTE

• At least 1 year experience in user acquisition and advertising on mobile platform
• At least 1-2 years of SEM experience, with a strong background of planning. buying and managing Paid Search campaigns for multiple clients; agency-side experience preferred.
• Very good understating of advertising trends and best practices on Mobile platform.
• Comprehensive understanding of keyword research, grouping. and management; including working with negative keywords and the various match-types to achieve campaign success.
• Experience optimizing SEM campaigns through ad copy, keywords, geo-targeting and landing page optimizations.
• Knowledge of the broader digital marketing ecosystem including 3rd party ad servers and programmatic media buying.
• Google Adwords experience is a must.
• Experience in web analytics technology such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics etc.
• Experience with bid automation tools (Kenshoo, Marin, DoubleClick Search) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and highly detail oriented.
• Passion for staying up to date with constant learning in a rapidly evolving environment to gain competitive edge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources, including offshore teams.
• Must be a self-driven and motivated about getting results fast and finding solutions.
