- Implementing, trafficking and optimizing campaigns running on Ringier websites.
- Maximizing the value of Ringier s online inventory by identifying, establishing contact and engaging with ad sales partners .
- Identify key players/decision makers within customer s organization and build out relationships with them.
- Develop standard and special advertising campaign proposals for clients according to their needs.
- Organise and run presentations for agencies and agency clients.
- Assist in managing online advertising campaigns, including setup, analysis, and optimization
- Serve as one of Ringier s Industry Expert on online advertising
- Bachelor s degree and minimum 2 years work experience in online advertising sales.
- Experience with Romanian internet landscape and media market.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Good organizational skills and aptitude for details.
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Flexibility and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing job priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
- Project management skills are a plus.
- Willingness to take on responsibility and a ???get it done attitude
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Flash are a plus.
