▪ Grant the overall management of the Oil and Gas Treatment product-line, ensuring
the identification of the competitive position and forecast in terms of technology
availability, performance, innovative fields of application
▪ Identify areas of improvement for the respective product-line, suggesting possible
partnerships to increase the competitive position
▪ Manage Corporate Agreement with Licensors as regards all
Technical/Technological aspects, including updating and training sections
▪ Specific IT Software: PROII, HYSYS
▪Take part to the commercial activities (promotion, pre-qualification and bidding) by assuring uniform approach and guidance crosswise the initiatives
▪ Use technological/technical know-how and in-house experience to support the commercial promotion activity
▪ Analyze the Tender Documents
▪ Ensure the drawing up of the contractual guarantees and liabilities
▪ Ensure the assessment of the most effective technology available
▪ Manage the innovation projects supporting the Chief Technology Officer, when required
▪ Take part in the definition of the detail project execution strategy
▪ Ensure the technological support to the project risk assessment
▪ Co-ordinate the process activities of the team members throughout the project
▪ Support Project effort with identification of changes to the Contract scope
▪ Grant interface with the Client technical representative
▪ Participate to the multidisciplinary project review sections
▪ Manage the different interfaces
▪ Inform on a permanent basis the Technical Manager and if required the Project Manager of any foreseen technical or financial or delay risk
▪ Participate to performance tests and elaborates acceptance test report
▪ Feed the continuous improvement system
