RESPONSABILITATI

Manage of the incoming calls and their redirecting; sends/classifies faxes/emails
Manage of incoming printed mail (specific writing/sending/internal distribution)
Receives and accommodates guests, keeps the meetingroom¿s schedule
Translates documents EN/RO & RO/EN
Purchase of office supplies and organize the office maintenance
Assures the communication between management and personnel
Personnel and guest accommodation, supports the operations of preparing business trips and company communication during special events
Operates with internal info databases


CERINTE

Personal Skills:
- Natural presence in a business manner
- Proactive person, well organized
- Efficient profile, able to deal with multitasking activities

Job Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excell)
- Pleasant voice

It is a plus:
- Financial and accountancy background: experience in work with preprinted forms
- Economical or Journalism studies
- Previous experience in office management
