Telmap is looking for a responsible, service oriented, organized Office Manager who will be handling all responsible for running a smooth office operation in its Bucharest site.
Job description
Handling calls/emails/mail to and from the company offices
Address and attend employee welfare issues on various topics (e.g. food coupons, company events, kitchen supplies, health insurance)
Working with third-party suppliers and government offices as needed
Constant interaction with the company???s accountants, bank etc
Assistance to other company departments in Romanian and abroad as needed including writing, reports, discussing HR issues etc
- At least 1 year of experience as an office manager or similar role- a must
- High degree of service orientation and awareness a- must
- Experience in working in a high tech company- advantage
- Experience in working closely with accountants/accounting matters - advantage
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and across a wide variety of tasks simultaneously
- Responsible and Committed to getting the job done
- Good level of English, speaking, writing, reading - a must
- Precision
- Knowledge in Office -(Word, Excel, Outlook)
