RESPONSABILITATI

The Office Manager is a key role in the organzation who will be dealing daily with company management and administration.

The specific responsibilities are as follows:
-Support the foreign owner and Administrator with secretarial duties (correspondence, translations, managing travel and agenda, support in meetings)
-Deal with suppliers of the company such as office equipment, IT and Telco service providers etc
-Handle incoming telephone calls and visits
-Prepare and translate documentation as necessary
-Take an active part in helping setting up the office
-Deal with lawyers, accountants and owner on a regular basis
-Regular communication with clients


CERINTE

Ideal candidates must have very good written and spoken English. Furthermore, we expect some previous experience in similar roles.

Further requirements:
We expect our next colleague to be stress tolerant, open and communicative. Flexibility and communication abilities and a positive attitude are a must.

Candidates with some understanding of company administration and knowledge of company operations will have priority. Only applications in English will be considered.
