RESPONSABILITATI

-Organise and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office
-Arrange travels, meetings and appointments
-Contact suppliers, negotiate contracts and follow up
-Order office furniture and supplies monthly
-Create and implement procedures to ensure a good workflow
-Organise events, take initiative in all arrangements necessary
-Make reports on expenses, budget estimations
-Collect and input data on local information system


CERINTE

-Bachelors degree
-Previous experience with clerical and administrative work
-Fluency in English
-Very good computer skills – Word, Excel
-Dynamic personality, open and highly persuasive communication style
-Proactive attitude, highly motivated to achieve, creative personality
-Excellent organizational skills writing skills, communications and interpersonal skills
