RESPONSABILITATI

- Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures;

- Coordinating marketing activities and organizing events;

- Checking invoices and preparing the accounting inventory;

- Organizing meetings and travel plans;

- Being responsible for the archive;

- Making sure that the office works from an operational point of view;

- Maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems;

- Keeping contact with the work medicine and health insurance provider;

- Keeping management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports;

- Managing office budgets;

- Supervising and monitoring the work of secretarial and administrative staff;

- Working closely with the Managing Director, but also offering support to the other colleagues;

- Documenting management and presentations.


CERINTE

- Bachelor degree;

- Fluent in oral and written English;

- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position;

- Organized, multitasking and sociable person;

- Very good analytical skills.
