RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for a bright, talented, sociable, positive and dynamic person to join our team as an Office Assistant.
If you are communicative, you like to interact with people from different environments, you are eager to learn new things and to work with a young team, this position is the right opportunity for you.

Your responsibilities will cover areas like administrative field, research and recruitment.

 Providing assistance to the management on daily tasks;
 Maintaining permanent contact between the management, the employees, the clients and suppliers;
 Keeping records of all the documents and specific correspondence;
 Archiving documents and correspondence according to criteria that allow for an efficient identification and quick access to information to be carried out;
 Performing translations when needed;
 Research activities;
 Providing assistance in recruitment process: job description, job posting, managing the received applications, contacting the selected candidates, performing interviews and maintaining permanent contact with the candidates.


CERINTE

 Experience in working with people (customer care, reception/ secretary, etc.);
 Recruitment experience at least 6 months;
 Knowledge of Romanian and English language very well (reading, writing and speaking); French is a plus;
 Good PC operating knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook );
 Managing / archiving documents;
 Very good oral and written communication skills;
 Planning and organizing operations and activities;
 Focused and distributive attention;
 Enjoying working with people;
 Adapting to changing work tasks.
