For our office based in Bucharest, we are searching for an energic person, willing to make a career in the human resources field.
He/she will have the OFFICE ASSISTANT position and will basically support the recruitment and consultancy processes within our organization.
- Research activity on the Labor Market in order to support the work of Senior Recruiters and Consultants ;
- Statistical reports on the Labor Market situation
- Update the candidates database and their profiles
- Feedback and correspondence with the candidates
- Handles and reads incoming mail; composes and types correspondence; offers; contracts; updates price lists and discount lists
- Responsible for the ordering of office supplies for all divisions and maintains all associated records
- Prepares agenda on matters for consideration at management meetings.
- Graduated economical/technical studies
- English language - written & spoken - very well
- PC knowledge (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook Express) - very well
- Minimum 6 months work experience on a similar position
