RESPONSABILITATI

For out client, a major company active in the area of equipments and services for construction and industry we are looking for an

OFFICE ASSISTANT who will be responsible for:

* Answering the telephone and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals;
* Taking telephone messages for the staff;
* Greeting visitors;
* Typing a variety of forms, letters, reports and memos;
* Receiving and distributing mail;
* Organizing and maintaining office files and records.


CERINTE

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

* University degree;
* Similar experience;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Responsible, organized, efficient and flexible person;
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
