RESPONSABILITATI

Main responsibilities are:
• Secretarial Support (E-Mails, Presentations, Internal and External Communication)
• Support any customer relate activities such as visits, product promotions, seminars, training etc.
• maintain and regularly update a complete customer database and pending quotation list
• Record the commercial part of the contract.
• Confirm the order by sending the order acknowledgement to the customer. Send a revised acknowledgement when customer requirements or delivery dates have changed.
• Check supplier’s acknowledgement in regard to price, delivery date, mode of delivery and packaging
• Control and assure receipt of payment(s) as per agreed terms & conditions in the contract by being in contact with the finance department, customer and banks.
• To maintain set of accounts, including bank and petty cash accounts
• Common correspondence with customers, suppliers, banks, freight forwarders by e-mail, fax and letter in English or Romanian


CERINTE

The ideal candidates will:

• be fluent in English;
• have good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• have organisational and inter-personal skills;
• have maturity, judgment and self-confidence
