- Providing administrative support;
- Documents flow management: inbound and outbound document - receives, registers and files incoming documents.
- Agenda management: booking, travels, meetings, hotel arrangements for all employees;
- Suppliers management: printing, mail, post, furniture, stationary supplies;
- Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and any other program to prepare reports, memos, and documents;
- Maintenance of office utilities;
- Other specific responsibilities;
- Fluency in Romanian, English and Bulgarian is a must;
- Very good knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word;
- Excellent planning and organizing abilities;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Result oriented person;
