We are looking for a self starter who will develop from zero his team based on his broad experience in NON-FUNCTIONAL testing. The current responsibilities are:
propose, agree and manage the delivery of the strategy used to address the risks identified by non-functional risk assessment;
implementation of tests that would traditionally be described as non-functional tests;
providing specialist services to other, less technical, test teams;
develop expert level knowledge of the system and of the non-functional vulnerabilities of the system;
identify and direct the work necessary to maintain the sets characteristics described above;
forecast future demands and identifying budget requirements to meet the demand.
establish actual budgets.
resource planning and resourcing in line with actual budgets.
management of permanent staff.
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
experience of NON-FUNCTIONAL TESTING in JEE environment;
worked with the terms of: PERFORMANCE/SCALABILITY/SECURITY/ENDURANCE/LOAD TESTING etc;
has experience of non-functional testing of systems with complex batch processing and with batch processing overlapping with on line processing;
self-starter that isn't afraid oof taking risks in a greenfield project;
able to provide leadership and to create a strong team;
able to communicate in various environments and on different levels;
natural ability to identify problems;
independent person that has the maturity to work without supervision.
