Exciting new opportunity for German Payroll Administrator

On Offer:
• Permanent full-time position
• Full training provided!
• Salary: 45813 RON per year (3818 monthly)
Job outline:
• Ensure complete pay information is properly recorded and accurately calculate each payroll cycle
• Review payroll reports to identify potential problems; contact field units to resolve discrepancies
• Review quality assurance reports that pertain to hourly and salary payroll
• Work payroll error reports
• Process exception payments
• Perform Gross-to-net calculation
• Assist payroll manager in the resolution of payroll problems

The ideal candidate will need to have the following:

• Third level Education
• 1 – 1.5 years of work experience
• Good communication and aptitude for learning
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft payroll (8.0)
• Knowledge of payroll laws and fundamentals
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of Garnishment Processing
• High standards of accuracy and detail oriented
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
• Excellent written and verbal skills in German and English
