Scope: Assure detailed digital microwave design and technical support for worldwide offers related to microwave PDH, SPDH and SDH point-to-point equipments from ALU portfolio.
Main responsibilities:
- Design, upgrade and optimize radio transmission network (access or backbone transmission network) for different IT&Telecom worldwide customers based on customer requests and ITU.T/ITU.R recommendations
- Technical support for Tendering and Sales Departments
- Interface with customer regarding technical issues
During design activity he/she should be able to develop and manage effective relations with the Tendering, Sales and Product Line Management teams.
Technical university degree, (Electronic & Telecommunication or equivalent experience)
- General knowledge of radio propagation and transmission technologies
- Specific knowledge of MW PDH/SPDH/SDH transmission systems is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Pathloss or similar SW tools for PTP MW design is a plus
- General knowledge of MS Office
- English – advanced. French/Italian is a plus.
- Available for short worldwide travels
