RESPONSABILITATI

he Information Technology Department of Ubisoft Romania is looking for a .Net Technical Team Leader.
Your challenge will be to develop and deliver technology solutions on C#.NET/VB.NET to all the Ubisoft subsidiaries.

Technical responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop software solutions in line with organizational goals
• Plan and implement each system: analyzing, designing, estimation, development, testing and maintaining applications.
• Design functionalities; manage multi-level architecture within highly complex systems
• Write technical specifications and technical documentation
• Responsible of technical design/architecture and database design

Management responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the effective functioning of .net development team: conflict management, performance appraisal process, administrative monitoring, motivation within the team, task delegation etc
• Supervise and coordinate all projects allocated to the .net development team


CERINTE

• At least 3-4 years of experience as a .NET web developer
• At least 1 year of experience as Team Leader
• Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET, VB.NET/C#, Ajax, XML, WCF, .Net Framework 3.5
• Good SQL Server knowledge
• Good knowledge of OOP and OOD, n-tier applications, distributed applications, SOA
• Good English or/and French skills
• Very responsible person, independent, but also team player, quick learner, innovative, hard-working
