RESPONSABILITATI

On behalf of our client, a top multinational pharma company, we are currently looking for an experienced, talented and truly professional NATIONAL SALES MANAGER.

- You will be responsible for developing and overseeing sales and business strategy in the company; implementing the sales strategy in compliance with corporate policy; formulating the business plan in volumes, turnovers, sales budgets for subordinate Regional Sales Managers.
- You should also manage, supervise, appraise and motivate employees; set sales force size and territory allocation; prepare departmental budgets and set sales targets.
- Your must have business development skills as you will identify major competitors, potential customers, trends, and developmental opportunities.


CERINTE

We are looking for;
- an experienced person - at least 5 years in a similar position;
- a very creative and dynamic individual as you will create and formulate new concepts and solutions to a complex sales problem;
- an independent professional as you will have a high degree of decision-making and extensive experience in coordinating people as you will supervise directly 5 and more managers.
