RESPONSABILITATI

- Adopt the measures, strategies and activities necessary for fulfilling the sales plan;

- Participate in the planning of all marketing and sales activities; he/she runs the sales team and establishes duties for the latter;

- Run the import, supply, import-and-production planning activity;

- Participate in the planning of resource allotment, which resources are necessary for the fulfilment of the business plan;

- Participate, play a decisive part, in the control, motivation and evaluation of sales personnel;

- Establish, maintain and control relationships with the company customers, ensuring the optimum flow of sales and takings;

- Control the sales team activity;

- Represent the company adequately in relationships with third parties on the basis of the approval and agreement of the General Manager (distribution companies represented at the national level, distribution companies, local warehouses, pharmacies, suppliers).


CERINTE

- At least 3-4 years experience in FMCG management

- At least 3-5 years experience in a multinational company

- Experience in sales team coordination (targeting, motivation, training schedule, etc)

- Proved experience in merchandising

- Experience in marketing budget administration

- Experience in marketing campaign organization

- Team leader, team-player

- Negotiation abilities

- Market knowledge

- Goal oriented

- Charisma
