leoHR, search & selection division is looking for its client, a reputable multinational banking company,

MIS Officer – Bucharest

Main responsibilities

- Participate in the development of the performance monitoring system for the entire retail network, to serve the interests of all management levels - Head-Office, regions, branches (elaborate specific MIS reports);
- Ensure a proper management information system, including but not limited to a set of daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly reports as per local and Group standards and requirements, with suitable controls and back-up systems or functions;
- Develop a complete database regarding the retail network performance (sales, volumes, retail products, retail customers);
- Create and provide the sales campaigns data bases;
- Participate in all processes of breaking down network’s targets by branches/ regions: commercial targets, rally’s targets, campaigns, budgets;
- Monitor the targets achievement of the budgets, rallies, sales campaigns;
- Monitor the cost of funds evolution per branch;
- Develop every day queries in Interactive SQL and Business Objects for reports/analysis using the Interactive SQL and also Business Objects reports used to provide accurate data regarding the entire network performance;
- Optimize the database and the IT source tables, participate together with colleagues from the Information Technology Division to improve the databases and tables available information, sources of reports both of their own department and by other bank departments.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Relevant work experience: minimum 2-3 years;
- Good knowledge of SQL;
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access);
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of English language;
- Responsible person, with initiative, able to work under stress and meet very tight deadlines;
- Motivated, team-worker and strong communication skills.
