- Ensures product training of sales staff of our customers
- Promoter management scheme development, such as training, monitoring, evaluation, motivation.
- Constant management & reporting of merchandising activity
- Closely work with Sales Director, Product Managers and Marketing Manager
- Analyze information relating to customer reaction to products
- In-store communication management (POP, catalog distribution, placement, monitoring & display management)
- Product display management (proper number of product in each shop, eye-catching location display)
- Coordinates the merchandising team
-Professional experience of at least 3 years in merchandising or sales, within a multinational company
- At least 1 year experience in coordinating / supervising a team
- Experience in the field of sales through distribution of electronics and household appliances, would be a plus
- Excellent communication and persuasiveness skills
- Dynamic, with positive attitude, open to learn and adapt to different situations
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good computer background
- Driver license
