RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:




1. To analyze the business requirements specification in order to find out proper solution for implementation / customization / upgrade / integration in the mediation systems;
2. To act as consultant in development of the company business processes in regards to the involvement of the mediation systems;
3. To configure the mediation systems to meet the business requirements and assure prompt and correct implementation;
4. To test new software shipments to ensure that the shipment satisfies the business requirements and to ensure the complete compatibility of the shipment with the other software packages in place;
5. To provide first level of support for the users;
6. To resolve in timely manner the complaints reported from the users/customers and provide feed back;
7. To actively participate in creating/modifying operational procedures and to provide support for implementing them in operations;
8. To ensure compliance of the implementation with the roadmap of the systems;
9. To create/update the documentation for the implementation of the features in the system as required by the office/department policy.


CERINTE

• Technical or scientific degree/diploma in Computer Science or Software Engineering;
• 2-5 years experience in IT, preferable in area of billing and/or finance and mass data processing;
• Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL;
• Strong knowledge of UNIX & shell script (preferable KornShell);
• Preferable knowledge of GSM technology and services;
• Good knowledge of programming language (C/C++ or Java) is preferable although not mandatory;
• Knowledge of events processing systems for service assurance and charging is preferable;
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).

• Team player;
• Availability for working at night in emergency situations.
