- Develops and optimizes the tools and systems in order to increase the freshness, quality and profitability of the category
- Trains the departments heads in the stores to optimize the appropriate work methods
- Informs about tendencies, novelties and commercial events
- Develops training projects to optimize the skills of the team members
- Reports on this specific category, identifies and proposes actions for improvement
- Minimum college degree in Food Control / Veterinary School
- At least 6 months of previous experience
- Good english knowledge
- PC knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Flexible and determined person that can work under pressure
- Communicative, team oriented, able to take initiative and responsability and respect deadlines
