RESPONSABILITATI

• Supporting the Division Marketing Manager and other colleagues in order to meet the marketing & sales annual objectives
• Help the Tender Steering Team decision making
• Able to produce exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each individual client, producing the best possible bid for the company (both internal and international tenders)
• Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes
• To follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation, authorization and dispatch
• The position requires that tenders and business proposals meet all relevant specifications are in line with the most recent research available and best practice; and are compliant with client requirements.
• Reporting to the Tenders Manager, the role is an integral part of a dynamic and busy team dealing with multiple clients at any given point and being responsible for advising and guiding senior members of staff
• The post holder must build relationships with internal departments such as technical care and with the external tendering body or authority to ensure the highest quality of work is achieved
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs
• Organizing / participating in various events (fairs, exhibitions)
• Assists with development , writing and editing of promotional literature, newsletters, direct marketing, project recommendations, and presentations, marketing & sales plans
• Provide assistance to Regional Marketing Managers to execute direct marketing programs
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to identify & develop opportunities.


CERINTE

Minimum requirements
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Batchelor in economics or marketing
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Skills:
• Good teamwork skills
• An amount of creativity is needed to produce tailored documents and materials that accurately portray and sell the company’s products and services.
• Results-oriented
• High pressure working environment is an advantage.
