RESPONSABILITATI

• Direct responsibility – Romanian Defense & Security Market
• Supporting the Division Marketing and other colleagues in order to meet the marketing & sales annual objectives
• Maintaining & developing the business relation with 2 main local customers
• To visit customers on regular basis to create product demand through the technical sell approach
• To develop a thorough knowledge of the local market in order that effective sales activities can be identified and executed
• Presentations to end user
• Internal market research
• Studies competition on the local market, monitor competitor’s activity
• Follow and develop opportunities for the targeted customers
• Track projects from conception to completion
• Tenders: identification and producing exceptional quality tender submissions
• To follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation, authorization and dispatch
• The post holder must build relationships with internal departments such as technical care and with the external tendering body or authority to ensure the highest quality of work is achieved
• Organizing / participating in various events (fairs, exhibitions)
• Proposing new products for development in order to meet future needs of the targeted customers
• Participating in new product development process
• If requested, provide support for the Division Manager in marketing activities on International market.


CERINTE

Minimum requirements
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Batchelor in economics or marketing or engineering with management courses
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Advantage: knowledge of defense & security market; engineer background.

Skills:
• Good teamwork skills
• An amount of creativity is needed to produce tailored documents and materials that accurately portray and sell the company’s products and services
• Results-oriented
• High pressure working environment is an advantage
• Ability to solve problems technically and commercially.
