- Manage the activities involved in providing prospect research and screening services to support Impact development and campaign efforts
- Supervises the data collection and analysis of customer needs/reaction to products and services to assist in the development of marketing and sales strategies
- Represent Impact’s prospective as project and team member in innovative projects
- Leads, motivates, coaches and develops research marketing team
- Key strategic thrusts: reconnect with consumers, brand focus and enterprise culture, simplification
- Requires expertise in study design and interpretation as well as broad understanding of the organization\'s products and markets
- Monitors and evaluates market trends and activities in order to propose marketing strategies which will improve the trading position and profitability of the company
- University degree (preferable economical)
- Expertise: min. 5 years in marketing research
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), dedicated programs for market researches
- Language:Romanian and English – fluent
- Exceptional communication; writing and editing abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- General and personnel management skills
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in locating and synthesizing material from multiple sources
- Ability to interpret, analyse and summarize complex business data
