Position description: Responsible of managing marketing projects and of ensuring the timely delivery of the marketing materials created in collaboration with the Marketing Agency team members.
Responsibilities:
- Managing different marketing projects with local and external teams
- Supervising all phases of marketing material projects from set up to completion, on time and within budget.
- Effective communication by phone/e-mail/face-to-face with all teams involved to ensure that marketing needs are understood and met.
- Constant analysis and tracking of any changes in the requirements related to the creation of marketing materials.
- Ensuring the implementation of the company's marketing strategy and brand image, which includes canvassing the marketing material needs from different regions and prioritizing requests
- Working with local marketing staff and overseeing their marketing work, as well as providing them with the necessary assistance
- University graduate
- Experience in advertising. A previous position held in an Advertising Agency is considered a plus.
- Marketing and branding knowledge
- Project planning and management; crisis management
- Prioritizing and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English. Good knowledge of German is considered a plus.
