Key Deliverables of Position: Support for the planning and full implementation of agreed marketing programs within cluster
Primary Functions/Responsibilities:
Oversee requisitioning of all marketing items, services and related costs
In cluster customer communications and mailings
Marketing stock control- warehouse interface
Monitoring and accuracy of the ASP budget in SAP or SUN
Attendance at cluster marketing meetings
Organizational responsibility for customer events such as trade shows, seminars, fairs etc
Compliance at all times with brand strategy and controls environment
Collation of competitor marketing intelligence
Scope:
Geographic cover and Business Areas of primary Responsibility:
Marketing responsibility across all lines of business and channels for all countries represented
Key Measures:
Efficient operation of marketing events
Quality and accuracy of customer communication and mailings
Contribution to overall region marketing activity by way timely support
Accuracy of ASP data in SAP/Sun
Working Relationships & Team Work:
Interface with local cluster marketing team
Working relationship with appointed regional/global/local agencies and third parties
Networking with other FMCs and PAs in other clusters to share best practices
Knowledge of the relevant L&S competencies relating to this role;
Experience on a similar position within a multinational company;
Good knowledge of the organizational structure;
Language skills: good English and required cluster languages;
Good planning/process skills - ability to prioritize;
Attention to details;
SAP/SUN expertise;
Good communication skills at all levels.
