¿ Develops the marketing strategy in compliance with corporate policy.
¿ Specifies the marketing plan in volumes, turnovers, and budgets for subordinate department managers.
¿ Defines guidelines and priorities.
¿ Directs the marketing activities within the Business units or product lines and within geographic areas.
¿ Controls the progress and quality of performance.
¿ Directs, organizes and co-ordinates overall working of the marketing departments.
¿ Prepares departmental budgets and sets targets.
¿ Directs research of market conditions in local, regional or national areas to determine potential sales of the company¿s products or services.
¿ Identifies major competitors, potential customers, trends, and developmental opportunities.
¿ Reports on the progress and results.
¿ Analyses developments and makes recommendations.
¿ Manages, supervises, appraises and motivates employees.
¿ Decides on training and devises possible employee development programmers.
¿ Creates and formulates new concepts and solutions of complex marketing problems.
¿ Long term experience in FMCG (at least 5 years in a similar position)
¿ Strong experience in direct management of other managers (3 and more).
¿ University Degree (MBA would be a plus).
¿ English is a must.
¿ Complex knowledge of marketing tools.
¿ High degree of decision-making and independence.
