Our Client is one of the most important players in entertainment industry in Romania and abroad. Operating according to a set of principles established by international specialized organizations, the company is further developing on Romanian and International level. Therefore they?re looking for a proactive, business oriented, creative person to fill the position of Marketing Manager.
You will manage company?s relationship with Romanian and international business partners, in order to maintain and develop win-win relations. You will identify, contact, and evaluate opportunities present in both Romanian and international market taking into account not only the commercial but also the cultural value.
You will manage the marketing policies and procedures for all new products (music albums, videos, etc); you will be in charge with market studies, competitor?s evolution, forecasts, market trends, promotional policies, sales chart reports, market analyses.

For this you need a strong economical background completed by in-dept knowledge of international trade, marketing skills, music culture and/or education interest. You must be creative, open minded, dynamic, flexible, communicative, facilitator.
