Our client is the first company in the world in wine and spirits, second in the United States, and has been present in the market for more than 30 years. Currently, there are 17 500 people working in 80 subsidiaries and 102 production sites. In Romania there are over 25 people and the company is looking for the head of the Marketing department reporting to the General Manager.

The Marketing Manager will have:
- To prepare marketing strategies for all brands within Romania.
- To develop detailed annual marketing plans, co-ordinate their execution, assure pre and post evaluations of promotional programs in close co-operation with sales colleagues.
- To obtain detailed target consumer insight.
- To achieve the delivery of agreed brands´ targets.
- To obtain new business opportunities on the Romanian market.
- To be open to best practice sharing and learning within region and within Europe.
- To ensure successful delivery of marketing projects while addressing the expectations of brand owners.
- To manage a successful business relationship with assigned promotional agencies and distribution partners.


CERINTE

- The successful candidate must be flexible in establishing, managing and developing the business within Romania
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally with a marketing-oriented FMCG company
- Bachelor Degree in the Economic field, a degree in marketing is a plus
- Solid understanding of the retail environment, experience with the Horeca channel is a plus
- Should have a good command of English and Romanian
- Computer literate
- Fit to the company¿s matrix-organisation and its values and culture
- Professional manner and presentation
- A dynamic and flexible persons who feels comfortable with the product ¿alcohol¿
