Role:
Develop a marketing strategy that will increase company’s brand awareness / recognition, ensuring the continued development of new business prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Create the marketing strategy, encompassing the marketing mix, the sales channel and the customer segment
- Manage the entire process of campaign design, execution, monitoring and feedback across multiple campaigns
- Define the most relevant marketing tools to be used in the plan in order to achieve agreed objectives
- Develop and administer marketing database
- Identify potential clients / markets, plan and report revenue growth across accounts
- Carry out market research and analysis
- Ensure visual identity and strategic brands development
- Create a successful brand positioning
- Keeping a close liaison with the advertising agencies
- Manage the participation in social activities
- Track the competition’s advertising campaigns
- Prepare and administer the marketing budget, including the advertising activities
- Develop the media plan
- University degree (preferably in marketing, business or communication)
- A minimum of 3-years experience in the market field, with exposure to marketing management and strategic planning
- Proven track record on developing and administering a marketing program, using the elements of the marketing mix
- English proficiency
- Computer literacy (MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
- Excellent networking and information gathering abilities
- High level of commercial awareness
- Planning & organizing abilities
- People management skills
- Polished presentation and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking
