The right candidate:
- Will establish the marketing strategies and plans for each project (budgeting, type & content of each campaign, set of promotion materials & tools, etch.) in order to achieve the marketing objectives of the company.
- Will implement, manage, monitor and evaluate, together with the specialized companies (advertising agencies, etc) the results for each campaign.
- Will be responsible for forming & leading a sales team, specific for each real estate project
- Will monitor the project of the competitors and to complete periodical reports and analysis for the board
- Will launch and run direct marketing and mailing campaigns, for the potential clients for each project
- Will negotiate the sales / lease agreements for the properties belonging to the company portfolio and will optimize business relationships with all partners
MAJOR INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER, ONE OF THE MAIN PLAYERS IN THE ROMANIAN REAL ESTATE MARKET
- Proven track experience in organizing, coordinating, selling and promoting real estate projects, minimum 3 years; previous experience in selling/promoting residential, office, commercial projects would be an asset;
- Very good knowledge of the Bucharest and Romanian real estate market ;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Analytical spirit, seeking and evaluating opportunities in real estate market;
- Relevant experience in collaborating with real estate companies, evaluators, architects, survey experts, land book, administration, etc;
- Excellent command of English and very good computer skills (Microsoft Office package);
- Long term collaboration, developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase existing business.
