Managing the marketing department and coordinating all marketing specific activities: strategy, policy of products and prices, branding, promotional campaigns, communication activities, research, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drawing up marketing strategy, action plan and advertising budget
- Creating the brand of the company
- Building the position and the image of the brand on the market
- Analyzing the market, competition, clients’ needs, and proposing appropriate marketing activities
- Coordinating the marketing and promotion activities in order to achieve objectives (sales volume & value, market share, brand awareness)
- Coordinating all external suppliers on media, PR, branding, events, advertising, research, merchandising etc.
- Building and coordinating a 2-3 people marketing team
- University degree; postgraduate degree in Marketing would be an advantage
- Proven track record in successfully launching of new products
- 4-5 years of experience in product management, brand management or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG industry
- Strong project and team management skills are a must
- Entrepreneurial and creative thinking, takes initiatives naturally, deal oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Very good leading, coordinating, organizational and communication skills
- Dynamism and flexibility
- Excellent knowledge of English and computer skills
