RESPONSABILITATI

- To identify reliable sources and periodically collect information related to Market / Customers / Competition / Industry environment;
- To integrate all data and information (including the ones received from sales force and gas stations personnel);
- To manage the survey portofolio, update and integrate the results;
- To customize surveys according to company needs and demands;
- To perform the information analysis and submit relevant marketing reports for the departments interested. The following analyses will be performed: market estimation (overall and by segment), customer behavior, mistery shopper, brand tracking;
- To estimate the impact of advertising & promotion campaigns (ATL&BTL) and to prepare related reports as required;
- To coordinate commercial campaigns, pricing & discount strategy;
- To simulate / support different scenarios related to price positioning and profitability simulations;
- To check periodically the profitability by sales channel and/or business type;
- To update the marketing budget expenses by product / brand / business line.


CERINTE

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing;
- A minimum of 4 years marketing experience (preferably with exposure to sales analysis and pricing management);
- English proficiency is mandatory, a working knowledge of French would be a plus;
- Superior verbal and written communication skills (with a track record of effective presentations to peers and management);
- Well-developed analytical abilities, consistent decision-making process;
- Stress resilience in a fast-paced environment (maintaining steady performance under pressure or opposition - such as time pressure or job ambiguity);
- High level of adaptability and flexibility (maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment);
- Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks to meet established schedules, timelines and/or deadlines;
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a track record of effectiveness at all levels of the organization and ability to work as a team leader as well as a team member;
- Ability to work efficiently in a matrix environment.
